Anne Phung Nguyen

I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram @annephung, where I share my daily life, highs, lows, and everything in between. In 1990, my family moved to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. To give them the chance to have a prospering future, I aimed on success and worked hard to achieve it. It was my plan to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. The lifestyle I had planned for me wasn't what it turned out. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I felt I wasted my time to make a living. As I navigated my way to a new job, I realized that I was meant to be an instructor. I enjoyed exercise, I loved being around people and I enjoy helping people. The year 2014 was the year that I started my own small business and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian females. I strive to be a change maker in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. Additionally, I would like others to be empowered to pursue their goals and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in life. In the beginning of my job, the passing of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She fought a long and arduous fight with the disease and is now in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart always. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe has a funny way of giving us what we really require. Her passing has changed my life in a variety of ways. I believe her passing gave me the opportunity to begin a new chapter. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and for me to have my second chance at living a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I live my life today rather than just existing just like I did previously. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with those of yours. I hope that my words will make you aware that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish everything you desire. As death is all we have in life I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
